In certain manufacturing gontest, working liquids filtration requies highly evolved systems.
Automatic filters which can self-activate also for the backflushing of the filters, by keeping the outmost filtration quality constant in time.
OIL FILTER X represents a compact filtration group for industrial liquids using a very reliable mechanical principle.

The Filtration ranges from 5 microns to 500 microns.

The liquid to be filtered is drawn out from a chamber and taken to the inside of a Pre-Filter which works for raccogliere i residui grossolani, successivamente il liquido “pre-filtrato” viene portato to the inside of a Spin Filter which works with tangential flow and is equipped with a number of patented discs which guarantee the utmost filtration rate.

The combination of the tangential flow of the liquid to be filtered and the inlet pressure leads to the liquid forced passage inside the filter itself.

The automatic backflushing system and dross espulsion assure the continuous cleaning of the filters so that the unit will need time-limited up-keep.

Filtering
The filtration system is based on special AISI 304 discs.
Such discs are made by a material which makes removal of the residuals easier during the auomatic backflushing cycle which takes place by using
the same liquid destined to filtration (the filtration cycle never ends).

Mantenance
The filtration principle is based on the self-cleaning filtering discs innovative system (no mantenance at all).
