The hydrocyclone sand-removal systems are supplied complete with a screen filter upstream, a pump and a cyclone with dimensions suitable to requirements. The liquid coming from working cycle (1) is pre-filtered by a filter (A) in order to protect the suction pump (B). The liquid is sent by the pump (B) through the hydrocyclone tangential  flow Filter (D), which eliminates up 85-95% sand or solidy or solid residuals. The liquid flow, from hydrocyclone Filter (D), merges into the outlet connection pipe (2) filtered and clean and be sent to usage. Following the command of a set control unit (M) the hydrovalve is activated (G) in order to eliminate the solid residuals from filter (D).
The self-cleaning liquid and the residuals end up in the bath bag  collection (H) through outlet (s). Outlet G will have thus a temporized discharge. Pump (I) is controlled by a floating device ensuring the proper emptying of self-cleaning liquid flown in the bath drainded by the residuals collection bag.

HSR FILTERS have been designed and manufactured basing on specific experiences and with a tested technology founded on the system of separation hydro cyclonic liquid-solid, allowing the solid part storing in proper bags (of about one cubic meter) placed in metal baths with high draining performance.

The filtration principle is the tested cyclonic system with liquid / solids separation. Therefore ideal for filtration of water from solid macroparticles and their recovery in  proper storage baths (sand, stone or metal scraps coming
from processing and other  macro-particles).
